I am writing to express our sincere gratitude for the outstanding service we received during our recent stay at your hotel. We had the pleasure of booking 14 rooms for our guests attending a wedding event, and our experience surpassed all expectations. Having paid the entire amount in advance two months prior, we were impressed by the genuine and friendly nature of the JD Park team. They efficiently handled the room allocations for our guests and ensured that everyone felt well taken care of throughout their stay. Moreover, the team went above and beyond by arranging vehicles for local sightseeing and even providing transportation to the airport for some of our guests. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of convenience and made our event even more memorable. A special mention is due to Sambath, whose dedication and assistance played a significant role in enhancing our overall experience. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction did not go unnoticed. In conclusion, our stay at Chandra JD Park was nothing short of exceptional. 1. Worst attitude of the owner & lethargic and irresponsible attitude of the employees. During check in, they did not tell me that it was 12pm to 12pm check out. Instead, when I checked in at early morning 7.30 am, they agreed for 24 hours check out. After 2 hours owner called me & asked me to pay for two days or check out. There was no notice, no information, no advt, nothing anywhere about 12pm check out. 2. You need to ask for towel, soap, etc by calling them twice or thrice. They won't give you during check in. 3. Water leakage in the bathroom due to which there was some algae was formed. It was slippery. No response when it was pointed out. I kept the bucket under that leaking tap & I could see the bucket was full in the afternoon. See how much water is getting wasted too. 4. I had bad experience with the billing in the past also. They did not give me the bill for the same amount I paid. Reduced Rs.250 for their commission to the online website. I don't understand the logic till date. I should get bill for the amount I paid, right? 5. Six months ago, I forgot to collect back my Rs.300 during check out. Though it was my fault for not following up, their employees did not have the loyalty to call back & give the money back. That is the culture the owner developed with his employees. There are reputed hotels, where they will even call you even if you have left your shaving set or a toilet kits or socks or any small things. Worst cultured employees.

For the very fist time been hear. The hospitality from the front table are very well. Highlight appreciated the way of responded at the time of service. Thanks Chandras JD park

A very good boarding place in this small town. Worth the money spent here. Highly appreciate the oncall service and cleanliness of the rooms. Icing on the cake - Pretty close to Sathyamangalam main bus stand - 5 mins walk. Highly recommend it!

when we were checking out from this hotel there was no one at the counter ,we waited for sometime but no one showed up .we asked the hotel cleaner for the counter staff or manager ,he said leave the keys there no problem. We left the keys on the counter and left. After having prayer from temple ,we saw this manager car blocking our vehicle ,this hotel staff or manager told us one room key was missing but we told him we left the keys there, he was quite arrogant and demanded compensation saying there is no duplicate keys .So without choice we gave him 1,300 rupees. He left without answering our questions , why there is no duplicate key and why there was no one in counter during our check out time. My question is this hotel guy didn't return our balance also where was he when we were checking out. This to inform please make sure the counter staff present when we check out.

Over priced for the rooms, dirty bedsheets, smelly duvet and fairly cleaned bathroom. Was a stopover with family.

The Location is accessible easily. Owner is responsive for booking through google messages. Rooms are not Maintained, No cleaning from agea i felt. Okay for Stags, Family's not recommended. No other platforms providing bookings. Only Direct booking available. Rooms are bit higher side compare to service and Rooms condition. Better insist for cleaning before you go.

Just ok. Descent room. Toilet was not neat and clean. Hard water, Since there are no other good hotels in 5 to 10km locality.
