I am absolutely dissatisfied with their services. They promise that the product will be delivered within 3-4 days if it's Kolkata but it did not do so. When I called the online services helpline, they said they can't promise. Before ordering I confirmed with them if they will be able to deliver by the date I needed to gift it to my friend. Absolutely bad service. Would not recommend anyone to order from online. I am absolutely appalled with their lack of professionalism.
Your jadavpur 8b branch staff behaviour and product quality is worst... kindly suggest them to learn how to speak and behave with the customer...
