Good eversilver utensils items at normal rates
One of the worst services i have come across. I purchased a milk pan of prestige brand which upon usage i found dripping the milk while pouring into another vessel. Hence i decided to exchange it with another model. THese stupid folks were not willing to replace it saying it is already used. I argued with them that only upon usage the problems could be found. I was so reluctant and did not want to settle for anything less than replacement since i did not have value for money and the product can not be used at all. Then finally he decided to exchange it with another model which is 300 Rs less than the previous product. And he was not willing to repay it and forced to me purchase something worth of 300. THough i had no option i strongly condemned the money minded anti consumer policy. This is nothing but looting by the narrow money minded merchant. I would never ever visit this chandra stores porur again. And would not recommend anybody there. Now I contemplating for filing PIL in court to explore whether it would be correct on the part of the merchant to force customer purchase the product when he goes for replacement and the amount is less than the replaced item. Worst service by the folks !!
