It is going to open in 2023, as the construction work is almost complete, and most of the shops have been taken. This mall would also have facilities like food court and a cinema hall (miraj cinemas is finally coming to the city). You can consider it as the second mall of the city ( as all other structures that claim to be malls are not providing with the basic functionalities of a mall).

This project is still under construction. And its been like that since 2014. I think its going to take more than 3-4 years for it to complete and become functional. The construction work is going really slow. My prediction is , if all goes well then its going to open around 2020.
Now it is just an underconstruction mall building, still it is in construction phase ... I think It tooks 2 years or more to complete & open for public... D's May be biggest mall in future in Tata...
