Dr is Gem Truely. The way she treat patients calmly is awsome. i went with my father he had couple of questions he asked with doctor & she answered very calmly & explained the process. Staff is good.Excellent sitting arrangement Kudos to Team pallavi , other nurses they are great . Receptionist was also very polite. It was good experience. I was having insurance under meddybuddy they explained everything & every process. Thank you team !!

My experience with this clinic was quite inconsistent. The non-clinical staff could definitely benefit from professional training, and overall, the clinic needs improvement in its services. Both my mother and I were prescribed corrective lenses, but they didn't alleviate our symptoms; instead, they worsened our eye health. After a thorough examination in the USA, it was revealed that the prescribed glasses had the wrong power. Despite raising concerns with the clinic, they defended their actions, justified that the prescribed lenses power is right for my mother. Recently, the truth emerged, indicating that it's more of a business center than a dedicated healthcare provider.

I don't like the way all staffs behave, they crack useless naughty jokes and behave inappropriate, they don't even care that they're in clinic. One more thing, anybody from the staff checks the eye power without knowledge, they don't give proper time. Within 1 minute they check power. They call 4 people together at one time, inside cabin. The environment is not like hospital it's not at all good. And also the doctor there, Mrs.Rushmika, she doesn't give time to the patient and nor tells about anything related to eyes and problems. She just doesn't say anything. She just gives the paper typed by her typer. She should tell patient about positive and negative aspects that's there in the eyes, but she doesn't. She doesn't behave like a doctor. Seems she only cares about the operation, as it gives her the hefty amount. But she should understand if she would not examine the patient properly, how would she know it requires operation or not. Highly disappointed and devastated. Money wasted.

Cataract surgery done at this hospital it was a very good experience. Doctor and staffs are very good and cooperative here. Suggest other ones to visit here for any eye related problems.
