Chandana Childrens Hospital and Neonest - Children's hospital in Guntur - Guntur, India

Blood tests are fake. Not reliable... Waste of money.... They are playing with the children... Worst hospital... The administration also not good. she is not professional and way of talking is not good and her behavior is rude. Generally, we get this type of behavior in government hospitals but this is first time I faced. I am suggesting to the chairman, please educate them how to behave with patient and treat them as a human. I strongly suggest you to not go for this hospital...

I went to hospital on Oct 7th , then my token number was 42 and accepted OP..., Since my kid didn't recovered today(Oct 9th 2023) again went to hospital and was informed that OPS are accepting till 40 tokens only.., I don't understand how come in two days rules are changed.. Even though if rules are changed one has to inform in advance.., I called hospital's reception for checking whether doctor is available or not and told that till 9'o clock doctor will be there and was not informed about token numbers rules .., So I reached hospital at 7:15 PM by travelling 20 kms. I gave file to them and told me that OPS are not accepting ? Highlight is that my baby is suffering from viral fever. I requested them to allow me as my suffering from fever 102 but said that serious cases are not accepting very funny. Why doctor is treating only healthy people instead of serious condition.

Neonatal care is top notch, explained everything to parents about condition of child and explains patiently what's ever questions parents ask, my only thing is if Bhushan sir supports preterm baby untill 3 months would be better

Best children's hospital in guntur, dr. Gottimukkala pratap kumar garu very senior doctor and staff of the hospital are very obedient and treatment of the children's was excellent

Excellent caring and reasonable charges Treats with humanity Doctors and nurses are very friendly and explains the problem and cure for it with high patience

Sorry to say you all Before going to this clinic, I gave a call to receptionist and wondered with her reply. Personally visited and decided that she is not professional and way of talking is not good and her behavior is rude. Excellent Hospital, preferring this hospital whenever we are in Guntur. Hospital is clean, staff are courteous. No unnecessary tests.Doctor is humble, very caring of the child. We were scared of fever for the kid for past few days. Doctor patiently explains the diagnosis in simple terms. Thank you madam doctor.

We r the 6 years old to this hospital very very genuine and hard working Doctor Pratap sir, Dr. Apoorva madam very talented and great services lead my kids healthy life..... Thanks for your help and services sir... Recently joined staff should be guided properly...especially reception staff... Old staff is as always excellent.
