Chandan Hospital is a multi super speciality hospital and is located at Faizabad Road, 400 MTR ahead of Awadh Bus Stop, Kamta, Lucknow. I have an average experience of my brother as he was admitted die to dengue and liver infection. I personally very thankful to Dr. Deobrat Mishra and Dr. Anurag Srivastav, internal medicine department who were looking after him and the both are very good, cooperating and kind to their patients and also my kind gratitude to Dr. Sama also who took care of the patients serving as a resident assistant doctor and she is really very polite and good to the patients. I'm also thankful to nursing staff like Sunita, Roshni, Anshika, Neelu. Sunita Sister is very good and kind to every patient. Besides the above things the hospital management should take care of the prompt services and replies to the patients and their attendants. Many of the staffs are quite slow and non responsive. You cannot get connected to the hospital over the phone easily. The hospital should also look after that the patients are not just their customers, they come to you as a hope of life and they are not in the hospital to throw the money on several other things like demand of disposable items, gloves, etc and the price of medicines are rate to rate and you can't buy it from outside where you can get minimum 15% discount. The hospitals are made to serve the patients in the best possible way not to become the begger by throwing all the money to the hospitals. God helps those who help themselves. Aaj ham paresan hain kal ko kya pata hospital k board of members paresan ho kisi bimari se to kya administration ko achha lagega. I am really very disturbed and astonished that the medical, education systems just became the money makers only. Government should take initiatives to all these facilities. I personally request to the owner and board of members of the hospital group that kindly show some humanity to the patients log hospitals majburi me aate hain shauk me nahi. Thanks a lot.

As per my experience that we feel, this hospital is for upper middle class. Although as there corporate management better than others. Afterall if you have better wealth then this is for you. One thing is best here,for different types of disease there is a special dipartment. At the time of admit, they give care and after payment and discharge time it's not fair

This is the worst hospital which I came across so far. pure scam! Life of patient will be on risk. Govt. Should ban this hospital. A normal patient may get severe if he/she gets admitted here. Proper managed sort of loot is happening here. Deendayal card of state employees is not accepted here. Billing starts from the very initial moment and they charge lacs of rupees in just a day! Staff is highly paid and so the uncontrolled amount is being charged from patients.

You can come here to witness organized loot. Having experienced dealing with hospitals like Birthright Rainbow, Medanta, Apollo, etc. This stands nowhere in comparison when it comes to facilities and professionalism but is at par or higher when it comes to charges. There is nothing standard including the charges and they vary as per different TPAs or individual payments. I am not sure if that's even legal as per consumer rights in India.

Worst and fraud hospital ever, their staff and their hospitality and mostly their receptionist behaviour is very bad, TPA staff are very deceitful and do fraud with patients, my surgery was done in the hospital and I paid for the private room but I was kept in the general ward and a lot of time was wasted in discharging me and there was no nurse who could give me the medicine on time. I had to go to the pharmacy to get my medicine myself. No staff helped and I had to wait for hours for the medicine in the pharmacy. I will never go to Chandan Hospital nor will I advise anyone to go. "Charak Hospital" is 100x times better than Chandan. And today my father-in-law has to undergo surgery in Chandan Hospital and the hospital people repeated the same thing with my father-in-law, they took money from him for a private room and shifted him to the general ward saying that they did not have a room available, I used to say When they don't have room then why do they charge patients for the room?

I made a grave mistake by choosing Chandan Hospital for my surgery. I have been experiencing severe post-surgery complications. Their anesthesia department and staff have made my life nightmare and they are least concerned about it. I deeply regret my decision and wish I could turn back time and opt for another top hospital in Lucknow.

Excellent sevice, care, and value for Chandan Hospital. The most important this is the management system of this Hospital is unique. Doctors, Nursing staff Special Komal Verma and Anjali tiwari And attenders, and management staff visit your room/bed frequently to assist you . They also call you everyday to know feed back regarding your problem related with service. The whole atmosphere of the Hospital was very supportive and helpful. We were stayed on the 3rd floor of the Hospital where all staff were very supportive, caring, and sensitive towards our problem.

Our experience at Chandan Hospital was truly exceptional. The staff and Dr. Ruchita Singh, our gynecologist, went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Dr. Singh, from the first trimester onwards, was not just a knowledgeable expert but also a friendly and reassuring presence. Her explanations were clear, and her approach made us feel comfortable and well-guided throughout every phase of pregnancy. Her effective follow-up care further solidified our confidence in her expertise.
