This ruined structure, what used to be a palace at one time, is quite tricky to find. I strongly recommend you use Google maps or other navigation systems. When you do reach you are greeted with crumbling brick walls facing a magnificent view of the river. In the wet season it must be quite spectacular. There is not much to say about the building; not much remains anyway. But it makes for a rather picturesque backdrop for shenanigans with a camera. The river below has some waterfowl which were interesting to photograph. A nice place overall and if you're in the vicinity, worth visiting. But I don't think it would interest anyone but history geeks. Graffiti is threatening the structure today.
An offbeat place near vatrak river built by King for his queens. The whole palace is of bricks and mortar. Nowhere you find iron, cement or beams,etc. The thick walls have inlaid pipeline for water circulation or there own purpose. Fortunately a nearby local resident showed me the bath tank, storage tanks and secret tunnels to be used in emergencies or wars by queens. Else you find 4 to 5 walls in whole periphery. Locals believe the rulers have hidden gold and hence public have demolished or taken apart most of the palace in search of same as told by locals. Still a place to visit if ancient monuments and construction fascinates you. Enjoy.
