Good place. Room was clean and shiny. Bathroom was good too. Hotel staff was very helpful , helping us in search of restaurants , autos , buses , ghats and tourist places. Three ghats were there nearby with walking distance. Only one thing , TV was not working and staff did nothing about it. And there was no towel provided. Otherwise , very good hotel , recommended.
Worst hotel ever. Rat infested, dirty , small lift, unhelpful staff, charged 1500/- for non AC hole. Hot water only two hours a day , hanging wires and torn mattress . Broken bathroom tap Terrible . Not recommend

Stay was really not pleasant as they have taken decent amount of money but services was below average!! It took a really long time for them to arrange some room services! They have not provided any room service and even water was not available to drink' I have stayed in like lot of places but experience here was really bad! So if people coming from outside and they are tourist I just want the guest house staff to at least let us avail some services! Even AC was not working properly! It just it's nearby to the ghat that's why we thought of staying but seriously stay was below average!

Rooms are in bad condition. I have seen spiders are running on the bed. Window glass is broken, and cold waves are coming in the room. When I am raising a issue with Staff, the attitude of staff is " dekh the hai - will see". Poor staff behavior. Gyser is not working in the room.
Not at all. The place is horrible. Dirty and dingy. There's nothing called Service. No water, no phone in the rooms. ACs are not run until you complain
Very poor quality room even at high price, bathroom is non hygienic having faulty lock, room service is also not given. Room rent taken only cash no card or upi accepted.No bill given also. Totally disappointed and waste of money. It is not worthy even to get single star.
