Worst service ever. Bar attenders too bad and price is over rated. food comes after 1 HR of waiting time..

They are claiming 5 star, but no amenities as like 5 star. Not even a normal hotel. Ambiance only good, but for this price not worth. I will not recommend. Pool under maintenance. AC not work properly Expired milk powder Kettle not working No name board Location also not good. It is adjustent to liqueur shop. Since name board not there, v entered into liqueur shop Etc...

Just ok! Limited staff! Surroundings are not clean. Room ok! Receptionist person was very helpful. 16 km far away from thriprayar town.

Service was not good. The Bar attender who was a lady was having trouble with other clients. She didn't gave me lemon slice even after I asked her for twice. Ambience was ok. Food quantity is less. Economically it's just ok.

The rooms are worth the money spend. Neet and clean. Food was ok. Nice swimming pool. Had a comfortable stay. Staffs are well mannered. I happily recommend Chand v residency to others.

We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities and facilities provided at the hotel. The place was in a very accessible place, just off the main road. The parking is ample. The ambience is very good. The rooms was very clean, spacious and well maintained. They have a were well maintained roof top swimming pool (unfortunately this was not mentioned int he travel site and hence we did not have any swimwear to use the pool). The staff were very polite. The complimentary breakfast provided was excellent. I would certainly recommend the place!!

Property is good also with good parking, ambiance but they switch off the AC in exicutive bar if there is no crowd which is worse than a 3rd rate hotel.
