Rooms and balconies were spacious.bathrooms were clogging but housekeeping was helpful.housekeeping was quick and restaurant had variety of meals.pool was good. Restaurant was kid friendly and provided additional milk and food for kids.wifi was not working.
This place is 2 mins to vanguinim beach so great for taking walks in morning and evening.housekeeping is very quick.restaurant staff is really accomodating.hotel has big pool to relax but only con is it closes at 7PM.rooms and balconies are spacious but battooms clog a bit.food is too good ,breakfast ,lunch and dinner all have lots of variety and taste.wifi has issues though.other than that we had nice experience staying here for 7 days during last week of November 2023.
Visited the Casino for fun. They charge Rs. 5000 as entry fee. But I had good time. You get drinks and snacks and playing chips worth 5000 in entry fee. The staff is courteous, Casino is small, may be around 20 tables and some slot machines. Usually crowded in the evening. I hv not noticed any family or women here , usually only men. But I wasn't there on popular holiday season as well.
Attended a few meetings here, it's a great location. While I haven't stayed in any of the rooms or visited it's casino, what I have seen of Chances has left a good impression on me - professional staff, neat interiors, etc.
Visit this place only for it's Casino & not for the food. Buffet & a-la-cart is available. Found the food too spicy & lacked taste. Won't be visiting this place again. To get to this place is difficult as it's away from the main road. Inspite of its poor food, I found the service to be good and the staff courteous.
Worst experience, they only cheat you upfront with the entry and once you are in hardly you find a small banquet hall with very limited table of Roulette

We had originally booked 6 rooms and they only gave us 3. When I wrote a review and posted about this we were threatened into deleting the review. Not worth the price and the service was awful.
