The third best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at....Gorgeous buildings dating back to European styles, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk and explore the other areas such as The Gym,The swimming pool and many more to enjoy.The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome!!! They also recommended us to visit the places we wanted in proper times to avoid the crowd.Everything was great at this hotel.....amazing staff friendly and this is what makes customers feel welcome!!!

1.Location of hotel is very good close to railway station. 2.Rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. 3.The most disappointing thing I faced is regarding food. Morning breakfast service is not up to mark. Waiting time for food to be served, is very long. Food quality is average. Dinner service is also very slow. Dal fry that was served to me was prepared in the morning and stale. 4.Parking space is available inside the hotel boundary. 5. Power cut happens frequently. 6. Inside room amenities are old and not maintained properly. My room's almirah door was broken. Food quality and service really dissatisfied me.

This hotel has some history!!! The property belonged to the Indian Railways (now it's a Chanakya group property like some other Railway hotels, eg, Ranchi) and served the top brass of Indian railways from the colonial times. The hotel still maintains the colonial charm. My all time favourite place in Puri, once had a direct sea view but now the view is gone owing to the new properties and buildings which have come up over the years. However, the sea is only 5 mins walk from this hotel. Food has always been excellent in this hotel but continental food needs a special mention.

Beautiful heritage property with spacious rooms and balconies. Amazing lawn space to relax. The beach is around 800m from the hotel. Also,there is a lovely swimming pool to enjoy. The service needs to improve though.

Very very old and famous holiday stay hotel from British time (Estd. in 1922). This hotel initially ran by Indian Railways. Very large area! Big and cool rooms due to very thick bricks Wall. Very calm and beautiful abeyance. Having a royal dining hall cum restaurant. Other than the borders anybody else can visit the restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Nice stay with spacious rooms and good room service. They even customized some dishes as per our requirement. Not much of a sea view. Only a little visible from the 1st floor common balcony area. Around 1 km from the beach and 1 km from station.

Rooms are okay. Location is good. But main issue is parking. Not enough parking space as per hotel size. Food quality also can be improved. Security team of hotel can be trained properly to deal with visitor parking in a better way.
