Though products are nice the sales girl is very rude guess her name is Swati if I'm not wrong.Please confirm with manager about the name as I've complained to him.Even after I complained to the manager I did not get an apology from her.This is the first time I'm writing any review and that too bad review for someone. She was passing rude comments at me as I took little more time in trial room.Next time when I went to try another swimsuit she said this girl will come after half an hour now. She has no right to speak that way as I was trying a swimwear and that too I was spending my money on it I didn't go there to get it for free. Frankly speaking I never encountered such bad behavior at any store before. Store owner please take a note of this if sales people are bad you won't get customers.And I wanted the swimwear urgently else I would have directly gone without buying after encountering such people. Its disgusting.
Very good sports shop, almost all necessary sport equipments are available here. Here is a list of things that you can get here. 1.Bicycles 2.Sports clothing 3.Trophies 4.Racquets, Bat 5.Shuttlecocks, balls etc. Also you could give your racquet for re-string.
Definitely would not recommend this place for any sporting goods requirements. Bought a pair a speedo goggles. Tried them on the pool and the nose bridge broke. Took it back to the store for a replacement which was provided after much reluctance. The nose bridge of the replacement broke the very next day. I went back and the store owner literally denied selling me the pair and was extremely rude. Unless you WANT TO BE CHEATED, I would not recommend this store to anybody. Do not get me wrong, I have nothing against Speedo, I wrote to them about this incident and they sent me 10 replacement nose bridges from London. I am still using the first of 10 of the nose bridges to this day. It is this particular store that has low quality products and terrible service. Your money would be wasted if you decide of investing on sports goods from this store.
