It's a great place to purchase starter equipment in any sport. They keep items of entry level brands mostly, but they are durable. The staff are cordial, helpful and aware of inventory levels.
Worst customer service ever! I purchased a manual indoor cycling machine for my mom about 6 months back and after every 2 months, the belt of the cycle had to be replaced by the mechanic, Sagar. This happened about 3 times after which my mom informed Akshay, the store person who was in touch during the purchase of the cycling machine. He stopped answering calls and even after a month, no help was provided. Sagar was helpful enough to assure that the same will be taken care of by checking the machinery after taking it to the store. Champs should really up their game for not just good quality machines but also good customer service! Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
