I was traveling alone and as a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me with planning my day trip to Gibbon Sanctuary. Food is delicious and their chai is super tasty. Rooms are very spacious and big enough for 4. The place is very peaceful. Only minor suggestion is, furnishings are a bit old and need a good scrubbing/cleaning or replacement.

The location is very soothing. Best place for throwing parties. Some Tea gardens are also there nere the boundary area. A 5 minute walk from Mariani-Jorhat road. Very nice location. No disturbance, zero vehicles sound as it is located away from the main road. Green campus.

Chameli Memsaheb Bungalow rings in a huge nostalgia in Assam. The heritage is maintained to a great extent. Located in the cusp of tea gardens, one can still get a feel of the colonial times here. With a neatly maintained lawn and garden and Chang Bungalow, it's a wonderful get away for the weekend and with family. The food can be customized to your likings and can be great aspect, if you like having less spicy and oily foods. The service can be a bit of bother at times. However, visits to such place is more about enjoying nature, breathe fresh air and having good times rather than service priorities!!

I had gone to this place to attend an wedding and trust me this place is so beautiful. The rooms are good and the environment is very peaceful.

The roads are muddy after rain which makes it nightmare for cars to be driven. Also local tea tribe people have no respect for visitors and try to rob money especially at night. Worst experience faced while attending a wedding
