Room's are not cleared and wash room tails broke down beds are durty

Recently I was at Hubli with my family to attend a function. I took a AC room in Chalukya Residency for two days halt... Rooms are not up to standards stinking..Bad maintainance...Poor service...Only advantage it is centrally located near to railway station... He charged Rs. 1,500/-per day... Exhorbitantly high... No value for money... You can get better lodges at lesser price in the vicinity... Deffinetly Don't rcommend sorry...

Good. But please only ask for AC rooms.

For a Night stay it's OK. The Staff needs to share the asked information precisely. They don't adhere to the given commitment.

It was urgent stay for us. And room was quite good according to the price they offering. Clean bathroom and toilet. Not so clear. the bed and bedsheet were okay. Parking is there in basement. But my car was not able to go because of low ground clearance. So i had no other option, so parked in front of hotel. And they have resto in ground floor. Which is quite good. Taste was good. Very near to bus stand. I felt it was nice stay

Rooms are okay....can stay for a night... bathroom s not very clean and not maintained.. price s high ..paid Rs1100 for half night as we were travelling to Goa from Bangalore

Location is convenient...rooms are clean and Good.. bathroom was not that good... Staff was pathetic... Specially the person at the reception counter was behaving angrily when we were checking in at 1 am on the 23th March 2023... and talking rudely....Even the room boy was also not behaving respectly.... I was staying there for the second time but will consider some other hotel now....
