Rooms, Service and Location is just perfect if your looking for Beach front hotel in Calangute, Goa. Property is big, kept neat and clean and the service is just awesome. Food is delicious and is reasonably priced. It's the perfect hotel.
Rooms will have to book quite early as they get filled so fast, almost the bookings will have to be planned 4-5months early.
Worst experience was the owners behaviour towards our cultural songs and they told us to stop that song this is the first time i experienced such attitude from the owners because why would you even start a hotel/ resort if you are not into hospitality and you are neglecting your clients who came from far away to enjoy and chose your resort...i think you should be thankful of every person who came to your resort Tip for them - just be hospitable and polite towards your customers.....Anyways it's Excellent property and pet friendly that's the only thing i liked and staff there is best, very very polite and welcoming ,restaurant food is awesome. one staff person name was rahul and max and one name i forgot they were very hospitable towards us
A nice property in North Goa situated very near to the beach. We had initially booked a superior room however after reaching the property we were highly disappointed with the quality of the superior room. It looked like the room hadn't been renovated in years, and the curtains were so thin that people from outside could view inside the room.The room felt very ordinary for the price we had paid for it. We expressed our disappointment to the management and they said we could avail any other room in the same category however to our disappointment almost every other room was more or less similar. Then they showed us the deluxe room which is what we were expecting for the price we had paid. They asked us to pay extra if we wanted the deluxe category and we took the upgrade since we didn't want to ruin our holiday in that pathetic room.
So people looking for comfort and luxury make sure you opt for the deluxe room only which is actually quite nice and there is a drastic difference in the quality of the room compared to superior.
Rest the breakfast options are pretty limited but they are tasty nevertheless. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and muat say the food was good.Their restaurant gives a direct view of the beach which is a very pleasant sight. You can also relax at the restaurant in the evening and watch the sunset from there which makes for a great view.
Overall a nice property if you are willing to stretch your budget.
It was a 5 day trip to Goa and Chalston beach resort has been one of the best resorts that I have ever visited. Location to food to hospitality to infrastructure- everything is top grade. Awesome experience.

we were 3adults and child. we specially choose them for their beach location. and it was not disappointing.we were so happy with pool, and beach access so close by. felt secured and the car hire recommended was helpful.we will visit them back for sure. good selection of room category. I think they can a bit of better food menu.
A great 3-4 star property located on the Calangute beach. Stayed in the deluxe room which has its own pool separate from the other pool which can be used by anyone.
A well maintained property with a kind and considerate staff. The seaside restaurant has great views and tasty food for all(good vegetarian options)
The only issue is ..it is quite far from all the major clubs and restaurants and for visiting those you need to take a taxi if you don't have a car which becomes quite expensive.
Otherwise I can definitely visit this property again and would suggest this to people contemplating to go ahead and book this property without thinking.
Resort is at a good location, We stayed there for 2 nights, Pool was very clean, Restaurant is sea facing and the property is well maintained, The most thing we enjoyed is dinner with live music.
