Amazing experience to had a hiking in the Chalal Village trail. Might take 1-2 hour to finish and it's an easy one. There are points where you can sit on the stones on the river bank and see the water flowing in a seamless peaceful manner. Multiple viewpoints offering zigzag Parvati river flowing through the mountain. The water was chilling.
It's a good walkway truck on hills & excellent nature. But neatness is very poor, I am surprised that there is a village panchayat or not. A lot of covers and bottles are thrown in environment.
The trek from Shani temple to the Kasol market is a beautiful stretch of road that is around 3 kms. We can follow the river and walk to the end of the scenic route. The route has some bakeries selling brownies and shops too. This route has some party spots also and you can get the details from the shops and bakeries. The road was getting laid and the path was a bit tough to walk as it was uneven due to the construction. Would have been nice if they had left it as is with the natural pathway.
This trail starts from the Kasol main market and goes all the way to Chalal village . A quaint little village nestled in the Parvati valley similar to Kasol but much more serene and relaxed but be assured there are a butt load of cafes here as well for you chill. The trail itself is an easy one through thick dense forest along the Parvati river will go you a slight tinge of Adventure.
In the midst of crowded Kasol, Chalal Trek is a saving grace. Away from the loud honking noises and people filled streets, Chalal offers peaceful and raw trail filled with dense trees and few shops. The river is visible throughout the trail, so you can enjoy the views. If you are in Kasol, a visit to Chalal is highly recommended.
Breath taking , soul smoothing road to walk and all the mountain views are just absolutely stunning. Will be back there soon. To reach the chalal village you need to pass through a bridge. This place is 400 meters from kasol private bus stand.
Verdant forests unfold, sunlight filtering through the canopy, guiding your steps to the melodic embrace of the Parvati River. Enchanted by wildflowers and hidden waterfalls, you find solace in Chalal's warm village. Under the starry night sky, laughter and camaraderie ignite around the crackling bonfire. As you bid farewell, cherished memories of serenity, connection, and nature's wonders linger within your heart, forever woven into your being.
Chala Trek trail is around 2 km from Kasol . It is connected by a beautiful bridge . Trail goes alondside the river Parvati which flows in full force even in summers . Beautiful Devdar forest all the way to the village .You can go with kids and elderly people also as the road is quite smooth &hardly any vehicle comes on the way to the village Chalal . You will find many small cafes as well.
What an experience it was! I went to have peace me time and Old Brahma Cafe was perfect. The location of the cafe is amazing at the top of upper Kalga and has mesmerising view. While Shakti Bhai was very warm and welcoming, Shubham Bhai was always re
Very hospitable, host Chetan takes care of every guest. The chef Anil Singh is excellent. The location is the best you can get in Pulga. just touching the fairy forest. I will definitely go back again.
