Everything is good except a couple of things to improve upon, rooms were spacious and nice with resort aesthetically looking good. The staff were nice and tried to serve to the best. Location is near Hawa beach however the approach road from the main road is narrow uphill concrete road so if you are driving with your car it can be a challenge and Google maps show you wrong couple of roads, the way to reach there is reach hotel Leela auto stand and after about 50 mtrs turn right towards concrete road till you reach the hotel which has parking space for 4-5 cars perhaps. Don't expect much from the resort restaurant, they can serve only the bare minimums only so better eat out if you want fancy and quick.
Rooms are spacious and wonderful.... Pool is pretty huge enough...... Nice place to do vacations nice quiet n friendly

Poor service from the management and the pool was unavailable. Drinking water was not available and the manager was rude.
Stayed at the Chakra Resort. Very welcoming and warm hospitality. A perfect place for family and friends getaway or a relaxing holiday. Very homely environment and personalized service. Small hiccups here and there which could be expected from such holiday destinations, but all negligible and was resolved with a smile. Joe who was managing the place was very informative and gave us tips of nearby places to visit and sometimes even arranged things for us and even helped us with frequent drops to downtown. Manu who was serving us was very helpful too. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit Kovalam and nearby places.
