Very bad.... And worst hospital.... They give me an injection for pain relief in wrong place... And its affect my body very badly.... Day after pain and swelling is increased.... My condition was very bad

I went for this hospital just because of Dr. Geetha Ramachandran. She's such a great gynaecologist with years of expertise. But the hospital was not that great option for pregnancy. **Ok let me edit this comment to be more specific since your reply says that it's an allegation. First thing, we preferred to visit the doctor at her home clinic due to the Covid condition. And everything was going perfect. We definitely knew it's a small hospital with mediocre facilities (and have seen the few bad reviews here). It's not about the size or facilities you provide. It's about how your staff should treat the patients with genuine care and some ethics. I made this review with an intention that no mom-to-bes should go through the similar experience. Few things to your attention: #1 on the very first day I was admitted, the nurse in the labour dept.(I dont know her name) was unnecessarily creating trouble while going through the docs. She was literally shouting. A nurse shouldn't behaved in such an arrogant and unprofessional way, no matter what the patient's condition. She's made me uncomfortable from day one itself. My doctor would have suggested changes, if that much complication was there. Why would a nurse create such a situation. She should've reported it to doctor rather than making it extremely hard for a first time mom-to-be while repeatedly stating your child is surely not going to be ok. #2 Revealing a patient's health status in a social media platform this way itself shows how unprofessional your entire system is. Thanks for your concern over my health. And, not saying that the entire nursing staff is pathetic. A couple of them were really good. Really appreciating their support.

Doctors are good but bad nusering staffs..I haven't seen this type of nurses in my entire life. Very poor. Night duty kku Vanna nurse was horrible. Eni ee parisarathekku varillaaa.... I don't even want to give a star to this hospital.. I never saw such a bad hospital in my entire life.. Doctor was good.. Went to clean an infection.. They did everything . Doctor prescribed one oinment and 2 tablets. Pharmacist took prescription directly from doctor since no patient available. She told to pay 445. I gave card and she told no card facility.. I told her to gave oinment alone.. She gave me oinment and didn't gave prescription. They want to retain prescription.. This is new info for me.. Now I understood why there is not much patients

The free vaccination drive conducted by Chaithanya hospital needs to be appreciated. Being a private hospital, still taking such initiative is the dedication and hardworking of doctors and hospital staff members.

I haven't seen such a bad hospital in my life..Irresponsible staffs ...After delivery they haven't clean uterus completely..pain was too much.I had learnt about these reasons only after visiting another hospital..I prefer you all to please be careful about this hospital.. and aware about whatever you learn....

This hospital is situated on the outside western corner of the katchery compound and often goes unnoticed by the public.The hospital provides treatment in Ayurveda also.

Good hospital.... caring staff and good hospitality...neat and clean place
