Chaithanya Eye Hospital - Eye care center in Neyyattinkara - Thiruvananthapuram, India

It's located on the left hand side when you are travelling from Neyyattinkara to Parassala, near an automobile workshop just before the curve in the road. Its really hard to find the place for first timers as the building is placed a bit inside the normal level. There will be enough parking space available anytime, just go down the driveway. Regarding the service, doctors are always available and the waiting time is too less compared to other eye hospitals. You could visit there anytime before 8pm and the place will have less than 5 people in the waiting area. I have visited there multiple times and I didn't had to wait there for too long. Its a clean and silent place. They would provide the medicines and glasses if you don't like to get them outside.

Don't get cheated.Worst place. Front office staff behavior is very bad. If we ask something on phone they didn't even bother and disconnect the phone.such a useless place.Didn't delivered on date and when asked about that they give useless excuse. And we asked about the refund they first they were not willing to give the money back.they were skipping date to give the money back. people don't go there and get cheated..

Very bad place. I went there on 15/1/21 for an eye test for driving license renewal. The person sitting infront told me for a certificate fees is Rs175/- and for complete eye check up it is Rs250/-.Then I paid Rs250/-. But the bill and balance not given.She told me will give after consulting doctor.The same person tested my eye pressure and directed me for vision testing and also in doctors room. The doctor given me the certificate and asked me if needed change the lens and given me the prescription for lens. Then i went to regitration counter she given me the balance without bill. Immediately a girl who was in doctors room told me that i have to pay Rs75/ as fee for the prescription from doctor. Then i asked i given money for full eye check up, again i have to pay . She said it is the routine here. I said i don't want ur prescription. Then i asked for bill i already paid. Then the counter girl said the computer not working. I said i need it and i waited ther for i hour for getting the bill. I know that many computers r there. After 1hour ver hardly they given me the bill as consultation feeRs250/.Then she told me that by mistake it happened as i already paid Rs 250/-including the fees for prescription.......... even the intraoccular she pretended as measured i asked the reading she said normal again i asked the reading no reply..... car parking and other infrastructures r there i agreebut don't get cheated..... i afraid what will be the condition of others...... if they played with me by knowing that i am a medical professional.

Good eye care hospital. Mostly I think there is crowd at morning than evening. Friendly staff. Good service. There is parking facility in this hospital.

I am taking my treatment from here for the past 5 years.... Highly satisfied with the hospital, doctor and staff... i recommend this hospital...
