Visited the hospital today for my parents.. Really a good experience, especially we got an efficient doctor ( Harikrishnan ) he was very polite and a nice person a positive vibe we can feel from his talk and overall friendly staffs and good services. The only problem we faced was the parking facility

We just got cataract done for my father here. We've been pleased and happy to inform that Dr. Susheela , the staffs, counsellors have been very helpful and courteous throughout. The staffs are very helpful, they follow up with the schedule. My Father is happy with the overall experience that he underwent, which matters the most. Hence we would like to vouch for the institute.

The worst hospital I have ever visited! They don't have value for our time... They make us wait the whole day for a consultation.... When I asked about this the receptionist told that docter went for a procedure The management is busy looting money from the patients, they don't care for the patients time. It's better to go some other hospital... This hospital is not at all recommended!!

One month ago I underwent my eye surgery. It was a good experience. I got good result. Staff was very good and cooperative. I am thankful to each staff especially Dr Anju.

I spent my whole day for an eye checkup, for my sister. I felt there is no GRE for easy moving of patients to visit the doctor. After putting eye drops for dilation I spent 2 hours in front of the op to see the doctor. In between the staffs were putting eye drops to the patients without using any gloves, not sanitizing the hands , keeping the eye drops in pocket. Kindly , take care of these thingsss.........

Worst experience ever. Took my aunt, who is quite old and weak, for post surgery check-up, and had to wait more than 5 hours. They behave really well before the surgery, but once it's done, they don't care for patients at all.

I went here with a relative for cataract surgery. The doctor is really good and explains everything clearly. But I am giving 2 stars for the hospital because of other staffs in this hospital. There are really incompetent for their jobs. From the reception to the assistants in doctors room, no one knows how to behave with patients and their is so much delay in everything. We had to wait for more than 2 hours just to see the doctor and after which they dilated the eyes and asked to wait another 30 minutes. Normally, in all eye hospitals, they dilate the eye before seeing the doctor. I don't know why it's like this here. The hospital infrastructure is good and surprisingly there is enough parking too. But I was really let down by their process flow and the behaviour of the staff. I hope the management takes this review into consideration and do something about it. Update. Came here another day for follow up after surgery and had to wait for 5 hours to see the doctor. Some patients caused a ruckus here due to the long waiting time. They really need to do something about the long waiting time.

Lazy medical staffs. Take so much time for simple works. No problem queue management. Simply calling people on there wish. Small check up took more than 3 hours.
