A highly sophisticated hospital with all contemporary medical amenities is Chaithanya Eye Hospital and Research Centre. The medical professionals have extensive experience in their respective fields, are devoted, and are extremely skilled. All of the staff members--technical, nursing, and office--are really compassionate and thoughtful. Also worth mentioning is their follow-up. The only drawback is a somewhat lengthy wait period, but it's worth it for the high calibre of care you receive. The hospital is really crowded right now because of this. As a patient, I feel confident and safe knowing that I am where I should be.

The staff was very good. They explained everything in detail. A point i must mention is that they do the procedure that is best suited for the patient. In our case thay could have easily got us to opt for the most expensive procedure but they chose the one which was best in result. That was almost half the cost of the latest procedure. Appreciate this.

We highly recommend Chaithaniya Hospital Kesavadasapuram, Outstanding Doctors and staff!! My wife needed an emergency surgery and there were no immediate dates available at a different hospital, but Dr Unni krishanan got involved and made necessary action and we are very grateful that scheduled surgery date is sooner. We also would like to thank Dr Gemini Isaac, she was very well mannered and professional, she explained everything to us and her expertise help us a lot thru this process and she made sure we get the best care possible and made us comfortable. We had a great experience here! You all have been a blessing.

Very poor post op and pre op care. Had to do syringing procedure for my 2 yr old daughter. Was advised fasting from 7am and was advised to report at 10.30am.Told that the case will be taken after 6hrs of fasting.. That was ok. But they called at 3pm... My child was getting hypoglycemic... They didnt even cared to give an iv fliud. After procedure she was not coming out of the anesthesia completely.. Nobody cared to come and check or give a dextrose fluid.I bot some juice and gave her some drops following which she opend her eyes.. The staffs have zero knowledge... Pathetic experience... Wont advise any1 to come here..

My elderly parents were there for a review today post cataract surgery. My mother is a cancer patient, you can't keep them waiting for a routine check up for 6 hours. You just can't. Give tokens according to your capacity.

Please have a patient appointment system implemented so that patients don't feel harrassed for whole day waiting to meet the doctor. Note most patients are senior citizens who are already facing a lot and in pain already. Lets feel for them

Despite having an appointment, we had to endure an extensive four-hour wait to see the doctor. It was disheartening to witness some doctors and staff members displaying a laid-back attitude towards their patients' time. I believe it is essential to respect the value of time for everyone involved. The counselors' attempts to justify the long queue only added to the frustration. Another area of concern was the lack of information regarding the pricing of lenses for cataract surgery. While the hospital provided informative sheets for various aspects of the procedure, it was puzzling to find that the cost of the lenses was omitted. Transparency in pricing is crucial for patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare, and this omission was inconvenient and confusing. Furthermore, it was disheartening to see that despite numerous negative reviews from other patients, the system and management have remained unchanged over the years. The hospital seems to lack a proactive approach in addressing the concerns and feedback provided by the public. This has resulted in an environment of chaos and disorganization within the hospital, which I find deeply concerning. *I regrettably cannot recommend this hospital to others. I believe it is crucial for healthcare facilities to listen to the needs and concerns of the public, and take proactive steps to enhance their services and patient experience.
