I have completed my 200hrs from Chaitanya Yoga Classes. It was a great learning experience with Rashmi Mam. She is an excellent teacher, with great knowledge of asanas. Her teaching style is fantastic and extraordinary. I got to learn more than I expected in these 2 months. I want to continue to take more and more yoga sessions with Chaitanya classes.
