Clean rooms, professional and helpful staff and wonderful service. It certainly helps when you are stressed about your child and you get helpful people to explain things and jovial doctors who give you confidence that everything is fine. Also the room, bathroom and bed were cleaned regularly. Good hygiene was maintained overall. I had to admit my daughter late at night and we got discharged in a couple of days but it was as good an experience as it can be with a hospital and sick child. I would certainly recommend this hospital to friends and family and would rate overall experience as 4.8 out of 5.
Being a Doctor myself, I needed to admit my son for Dengue, in Chaitanya Hospital recently, posting the things which i observed during his stay there. Things I observed There is a discipline in hospital ,everyone is assigned proper duties, which are being done on time , and giving it still deeper thought, all things are done with proper thinking, considering patients benefit. Bedsheets are cleaned in time .Every maushi, mama at the beginning of their duty come and clean rooms and washrooms . Water arrangements are proper. Toilets are well cleaned and for visitors also its a good experience to use them. All the needful things are kept in room as well as in washrooms, thinking about what all the patients can need. Sisters are very compassionate and we feel free to take their assistance, They don't keep chatting in loud voice in wards which is observed in some hospitals. You have trained them well. Dr Anamika Samant is very good doctor...giving good and perfect suggestions and treatments I'm suffering from high grade fever with chills associated with vomiting, lower abdominal pain, body ache and severe generalized weakness . I'm admitted 23 rd nov 2023 and discharge to 25 Nov. 2023 . I'm total recover for two days . I'm so happy me and my family full trusted in Dr. Anamika ma'am and Dr. Amit Samant .
