This is a decent gym but very overpriced if visiting Bandra. They charge 500 rupees a day and 2000 a week which comes to 8000 a month. For its size it is not worth it. The trainers are nice and at least it wasn't crowded when I used it so I was able to move freely inside. Other gyms in the area only charge 200 a day for a visitor. If you live nearby they may cut you a deal but as a guest I advise to stay away.
Finding a good gym and a good trainer is an important aspect in the fitness journey. Chain Fitness is a very good gym in the neighborhood. It has good equipments suitable for all fitness requirements. Also getting trained under my coach Vicky has been a superb experience. He is always vigilant and attentive about our forms and techniques. Vicky understands our fitness requirements and guides us to reach there. He always comes up with new workout routines to challenge us and make each workout sessions interesting and strong. I have seen a lot of change in my strength and endurance and loving the whole fitness routine. These guys here know their work! Highly recommend!
The gym is well equipped. The trainers are well trained and train the people well. With the help of my personal trainer, Mr. Viki I lost 6kgs in a month, with the help of exercises and following my diet plan well. I would personal recommend this gym to everyone.
Chain fitness is one of the best gyms in Bandra. It is well maintained and affordable. Trainers are also friendly. I had Roshan Patil sir as my personal trainer. He is very friendly and explains everything properly. I started to observe results in 2 weeks itself. Recommended
Chain Fitness is really good gym in Bandra West locality. I have been working out in this gym since couple of years. And I have had great experience enhancing my fitness. Roshan Patil sir is an excellent gym instructor. He has great knowledge of various workout techniques and he gives you the right guidance on form and technique.
