The hotel location is very good. Rooms are also clean. Staffs are well behaved. Ambience was good and hot water available. Electric kettle and wifi facility were also provided. Recommend for family and friends.

Excellent location wise as it would take just 7-8minutes walk to reach Mirik ( Sumendu) lake.Room was quite shabby ( Some review has mentioned about them alloting worse rooms Dont know it for real though)Bathroom was dark and dirty ( Hair bunch stuck on the window. The cleaner must have tried tossing it out of the window)The room itself was smelly ( Property is quite old and due for a major maintenance)The food was Ok ok and the breakfast was having a very limited spread. Puri sabzi, boiled egg, a packaged juice, bread toast and omlette on demand.There is a bar too in the restaurant.But the saving grace is the professionalism of the staff who know how to redress issues properly. To sum up if you need to stay one night in Mirik it will be a good option. But dont expect much from this old property crying to be renovated.

Jagdish Hotel, Mirik was a great choice, enjoyable, safe and comfortable, for our long awaited holiday in the hills. Located on Main Street of Mirik , a charming, smaller hill town near Darjiling, it was convenient for local sight seeing by walk to Mirik Lake, Monastery, day trips to nearby tea gardens, even Darjiling town and Nepal border tours. The rooms are good sized, bathrooms well fitted. Most important, beds were comfortable, all fittings worked fine, and fresh linen was provided everyday. I was happy that when we sometimes requested sheet exchange or some special service it was attended promptly. The attached Hotel restaurant was itself a highlight. It serves a popular breakfast buffet, very good Punjabi/ North Indian food, local dishes like Thukpa (Tibetan soup) and excellent Tandoori items. The traditional hospitality of the hills people and the courteous, helpful staff made our stay most memorable. We would definitely like to visit again. Thanks, IBIBO, thanks Jagdish Hotel Mirik !!

Hotel Jagjeet is located very near to Mirik lake. we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was very spacious and very clean. The staff is excellent. we loved our stay. Food is very good

Hotel is situated in attractive area of the city. Lake is at walking distance so easy access to horse riding and boating. They provide cab facilities, charges applied but comparably cheaper. We show response from hotel staff. In house food was ok ok.

The hotel had a really good staff. One of the staff was aged but still he managed to give personal reminders to each and every customer by reaching their rooms and was really sweet by responding and working on all the queries we may had. The food was good, there are many options available here. The view might not be great from the rooms as the hotel is located at a very low/similar ground level to the mirik lake. Bit still the rooms were quite spacious and had good amenities provided. The only hotel I saw which had not only toiletries and dental kit but also a sanitary napkin provided for an emergency need.

Nice hotel...room and restaurant both both are of good quality. Location is also fine just 400 meters from mirik lake. Food quality and staffs are also very good. Specially food quality is really very good. Little bit of expensive room rent ...toilets fittings are hygienic but old fittings. Room service up to 8 pm. Car parking available. Suitable for family trip, couple or business trip.
