Food quality was quite impressive but if we talk about cleanliness of the shop then it is not maintained properly they need to take really good care by daily cleaning of shop. Also renovation is required in shop. Prices are good and they also provide good food. Love their kesar tea. Food = 4/5

Date : 26th March 2023 Visited in afternoon. Ordered Veg upma, adarak elaichi chai(in mug) and handvo. Upma quantity and quality was not as it should be(less salt). Chai and handvo was good as always. Suggestion to chai-wai is add some new varieties in menu and atleast get a new menu, as it is torned and doesn't suits you. If possible colour your walls too. Date : 29th Jan 2023 Ordered Handvo, Garlic Bread Toast, Wheat Maska Bun and Adrak elaichi chai. Evening spent well with delicious quick snacks for a break Visited for the second time and this time i ordered adarak chai and handwaa. Chai was fantastic as i was feeling cold and cough so adarak chai helped my throat a bit. Handwa, yes it was soft and you can feel as it dissolves in your mouth. Place is usually crowdy but they try to serve your order as soon as possible. Sitting is uncomfortable and there no appropriate place to park your vehicle. Overall best to pass time and chatting with friends. Date : Aug 13 2022 Ordered handwa, adarak-elaichi chai and something like bread pizza which taste good but as per price it was not worth it.

Value for Money. You will find plenty of good tea options at Chai Wai. The variety is decent enough, and the same goes for the taste. The menus were damaged quite a bit and dirty. This seating area has limited space, and due to that, it gets crowded often. Vehicle parking is also a concern at Chai Wai.

Chai Wai is one of the few place which serves great tea with consistent taste. Tea with thepla or Khari biscuit is my favorite. Khari biscuits are always serves piping hot. The seating area is little crowded. Their tea was nicely packed and hot when delivered through swiggi.

I personally love there sandwiches. They use only white bread. Peaceful environment. You can enjoy here business meetings too.

Place was used to be nice and happening but due to lack ok management it has become worst ,, they don't take care of table cleansing even after paying good enough they don't give extra cup or spoon , please take care of this good place .

Kullad adrakh chai is worth a shot. And if hungry enough. Try the handva and veg masala oats here. Good place to hangout or have small meetings.

Love this place. Very good and a perfect place for morning breakfast and tea/coffee. Food quality is very good. All food is very testy and good quality. Location is so good. Cafe theme is simple but unique. Awesome We started visiting this place very frequently like twice a week and loved the food and atmosphere of the place.
