I visited this place around 11-11:05 Pm.. The place was alive with customer's.. Think they prepare fresh tea and coffee on order. They offered tea biscuits when ordered.. Ambiance was good.. Peaceful and clean.. Tea was good.. Coffee was Great.. It's a self-service spot
