During short visit to a small place called Hamirpur and to explore various eating joints of city we visited Chai Sutta Bar after hearing reviews of it. Experience 1. Against the Google time shown of 5pm it was open at around 9 pm also on Saturday 2. College students are frequent visitor here 3. Have good variety in snacks and drinks 4. CSB special Cold coffee i liked a lot 5. Service appears to b slightly slow, May b due it was closing time. 6. Rhombus shaped tables look good but are less practical in usage.
Target customers for them is college students and they have more focus on quick service and higher shelf-life food, so lot of readymade food just gets assembled and served. Their pizza base is bread based (safer route because many fail for having good pizza base) and that degrade overall pizza experience. All burger has same aloo-based patties only difference is in dressing and condiments so it's hard to distinguish taste between two burgers. Overall ordinary food experience and price.

Absolutely horrible experience, visited on 9th august 2023 with a friend of mine and these guys just ruined the whole date. Horrendous and arrogant behaviour from staff. Ordered a sandwich, burger, strawberry crush and lemon ice tea and EVERYTHING was so bad we couldn't finish ANYTHING except the burger. The iced tea was filled with undissolved syrup and hands down the worst sandwich i've EVER had in my entire life. Plus, when i did complain about this, the staff laughed it off and then called some other witty guy up, and started an argument coming upto my table. That person even had the audacity of telling me that it was me who didn't like the taste and i was wrong about the whole situation, and the other goons were quick to follow up to say that they could eat everything we couldn't. Could never recommend this place to anyone my entire life.
I was working as a staff back then . The ammount of exploitation I feel there in my working hours is so hard to explain. I was the only one who was doing both cooking and serving .They have male staff tho but they chose to make my days hell each day . Thank you for giving me such a horrible experience. Being a human i forgiven the owner and staff but being a girl y'all lost my respect nd i will never forgive you all. i made the choice to let my anger out today . Thank you
