The atmosphere is not clean but the setup was nice. We ordered Adrak and Elachi chai, the worst tea that I have ever had. The red sauce pasta we ordered, was so watery and the pasta was over cooked and the taste was really bad. I have tried both the chai in kandanchavadi, that was really awesome. But this outlet is not good.

Chai Sutta bar teynampet is my go to cafe it is absolutely phenomenal! The ambiance is enchanting, the service is impeccable, and the infrastructure is top-notch. The garlic bread and especially the overloaded cheese pizza is delectable . And let's not forget about the exquisite iced coffee drink and the heavenly chocolate thick shake. The staff's hospitality is truly extraordinary, treating every customer like family. I highly recommend everyone to experience this remarkable cafe, where you can enjoy your favorite songs and create unforgettable memories with your friends. Trust me it's an experience you won't want to miss !

This cafe is fantastic and affordable, perfect for college students like me. The staff is exceptionally friendly and kind. I'm especially fond of their Rosa Chai - highly recommend it!

Love the interior. In that whole road there is no place to sit and chill with a decent budget. Songs played as per request. Especially if u ask for melow songs. Chocolate tea is good and the corn sandwich il suggest. For that location nice place to hang out.

Unpleasing and at times arrogant service by their serving staff. Also their style of deliberately playing deafening blaring music makes one feel that they are in some dance bar and not in Chai bar. Food is ok but my friends have also had this bad experience with this place. They have stopped coming here and so am I. The owners should note these shortcomings and set right the attitude of their serving staff and also advise their working staff not to play rip roaring deafening music to scare the customers. Or else there will be a consistent dip in customer footfalls for sure in the future. The owners should not lose their customers. Such chai shops are supposed to play soothing music audios and not like that is played in dance bars. Very disappointed.

I'm from Bangalore. I visited Chai Sutta Bar Teynampet Branch, I really liked their food and ambience was nice & cool. I recommend their unique dish KULHAD PIZZA to give it a try. I will visit chai sutta bar teynampet branch whenever I visit Chennai. Loved it.
