though it is a famous franchisee even than it is not up to my expectations... space is very small... there isn't any partition between guest area and kitchen... all smoke and heat was effecting the atmosphere and airconditioner was either not switch on or not working.... i just had cold coffee there...

Its famous just for serving tea in a kulhad. Also crowd here is full of students, making it a happening place!

The taste of food varies, some items are good some are average. Beverages are good. Service can be better. Seating capacity is limited and most of the time you have to wait before getting a seat. But considering it's a small outlet they have managed it good.

Owner is mannerless , they served worst french fired , i ever ate , when complained , he started arguing with us , Ridiculous

I didn't like the service, they were always confused while serving the order, shouting the order name is not the solution, they should write the person's name in the bill and shout the person's name instead of the order name to avoid the confusion. I think the management can be improved. I appreciate them for managing the space in the cafe, they have done a great job in the arrangement of seats in such a small area, the inside of the cafe has no smoking zone which is great. The atmosphere was good for a couple and young people I didn't recommend it for family.

Must visit. Very cheap and GREATTTT food. Snacks only, no main course. Self service, but still staffs were 5/10 cooperative. Not a cosy place or a workstation kinda. Chai was great! Alcoholic chai options were there too, creative. Ambience is 6-7/10

Interior was good. Self service. But i personally didn't enjoy the food. Ordered onion pizza, garlic bread, paneer pizza, choco lava and coffee. There was no pizza toppings at all, garlic bread was also not good, coffee quantity was also less and blend taste. I would not go there again for these snacks at all.

Food, atmosphere, service all are great. Nice place to hang out. Although due to shortage of space can get crowded at times
