Staff was too bad. They don't know how to deal with their customers. And also they a gives you sand with your tea in free of cost. Not talking about it's cleanness you can observe the cleanness of this place by this pic which is posted below my review. Maybe it is helpful for you. We were in Itarsi for a night to catch a train. Decided to try this little joint. The guy at the counter seemed very honest about what he is doing. It's really a treat seeing such young people do such things. Had to deduct one star though,as we were hoping to find some straight black coffee. If you're in Itarsi,give it a go. Support such places.

I love this place. They take care of hygiene and also offers tea at very reasonable price. They are also pulling the trend back where the tea is served in a traditional way (in kulhad). And the staff is well trained and nice to every customer. And the only tea bar where girls and family comes everyday and have there experience. No doubt about the atmosphere of this area and shop is amazing.

Ran by a bunch of millennials. Very varied menu, learnt staff, and good vibes. Cute place, overall. Though I must beware you of probable encounters with doodie-heads, it's, as we say it in hindi, their addddaa. If you can't find your friend who has no business, perhaps he may be found loitering around there. Edit: Forgot to mention about the mild aesthetics of the interior, and the low stools. Interior, I like but stools not so much, although they do give out a classy old school vibe, they must be replaced with something better. Doesn't matter tho, as long as the 'chai' remains good.

Still in a development mode. The infrastructure is not so good as other branches such as Bhopal and Indore. Low sitting arrangement. Staff was good but the space around the bar was also not too clean.
