The overall experience is quite good. The ambience they provide is nice and soothing. For me, I liked each and every Chai of theirs but not anything other than that.

Chai is really good. Price is justified. Food items taste good just ask them to not use mayonnaise. Sitting sofas and items are not clean. Better to have a take away.
