Chai Sutta Bar devpura - Cafe in Haridwar - Haridwar, India

Chai sutta bar is a relatively new chai coffe and snacks franchise emerging across the length and breadth of various cities, I personally have seen hundreds of them, In haridwar near devpura this one is a very good spot to have a good snack time with great tea and coffee along with variety of snacking cuisines available from sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, momo dumplings and what not. The parking space is good on the side of road so is the indoor seating capacity and area The owner and staff are very hospitable. The food is really well prepared, plus this is a good place to bring your family for a not so heavy outing food with great hot and cold beverages to go with.

This is the first time I went to this brand. I found this place unhygienic, infested with flies. Place was not at all airy. The whole atmosphere was gloomy dark. Peculiar smell was coming. AC was not working. We complained of exhaustion, but not action was taken. I heard good rave reviews about this startup, that's why experimented it for the first time in Haridwar. So, I don't know of other franchises, but this haridwar franchise is not at all upto the mark! And yes, we were disappointed in food too! The way garlic bread was made, you can see for yourself in the attached picture! We never had such worst garlic bread till date! P.S. All the varieties of chai (we ordered) were good. But do remember, customer went not only for food, but also the experience they got! Hope my reviews help in improving your franchise conditions. Attaching pictures for reference.

Must go place for all chai lovers. U will go amazed with chai flavours like Pan, chocolate , kesar and masala chai. Even the espresso coffee in Rs 30 is worth every penny. U can find variety of snacks like sandwiches,French fries burger to accompany with ur tea . Full cup Rs.30 Half cup Rs.15 Quite affordable n clean environment. Fabulous place to hangout with friends. Awesome taste and pleasent ambience Must try.

The place is good, we really enjoyed the tandoori momos and masala tea. The cutlery should be improved because it becomes difficult to eat food from plastic fork. Plus, it is unsafe.

I ordered hot special cofee and chai sutta bar special pizza.uff nothing special in both of them.as name nothing special in it. Pizza quality was not good.they has taken 20-30 minute and after that they serve pizza which is not hot.

The taste of food is average but it is chill place to hangout and have a quick bite, but according to taste and quality it found the snacks served expensive, cold coffee is good if you try but rest of the snacks were ok-okish

Didn't like the ambience and chai too. Cheese sandwich was okayish.

Rose tea is one of the best teas here. Food is average. Service is very late. The atmosphere is okay. The floor is always dirty. No cleanliness at all. So have your tea in your car.
