No doubt,This place is heaven for all the chai lover's.Even coffee's are amazing must try "CSB special cold coffee" menu is completely affordable and place is totally adorable!
A very friendly place where we can enjoy and taste the best chai available
We gave a feedback before.. bcz it was a wonderful cafe n best service has been done before.. but put its not so gud .. they have one or the other reason.. if we say or order something.. now.. they ll say like chief has been out , kitchen is closed , if we tell for parcel they ll say shortage of boxes , no flavour in there chai's n much more things are going on nowadays !!
Btw i like masala fries .. sometimes whn we order it at 2.30pm .... they give some specific reasons n they say that they dont have fries n masala.. n tht machine is not working !

Worst service i have ever seen in csb and atmosphere is very irritating. Their employees flirting with girl. Not taking proper order. I love csb but this one which is opened in Karnataka.
The worker here are so friendly that u don't feel like u are laking to a stranger and to say the best service i ever had ....
Taste was good but customer service was pathetic. Looked like a road side tappary service and staff was not caring for customers. Aisa lagta hai pehli baar yeh log itni achhi Cafe open main baithe hai. I'll never visit again. They should learn how to talk and behave with customers, CSB level has decreased, better to go to Coffee Day
