Review for Airport Road, Indore Franchisee.
The hot coffee used to be okay, but now it's really bad. It's too sweet, almost like drinking sugar water with a hint of coffee. And they charge a lot for it, which makes it even worse. As someone who drinks coffee every day, I can say it's not worth it anymore. The quality went down, and the price went up. It's just not good. Good coffee doesn't have to be complicated or expensive; it just has to taste like real coffee.

I mostly visit for Tea and cold coffee.
They Serve both in Kulhad.
In photos you can See menu.
Everything good But Taste not worth Value.
Also So Small so When You visit Evening time there are too much noise.
If you want to Relax or Peace then this place not for you.
Also Many Times Takes time for Small Order Like a Cold Coffee.
10-15min wait for Cold Coffee.
Also Music Play very Loudly so many times its feel irritating.

I have been through many CSB cafes but tea (chai) here isn't the thing to ask for... what's the point of opening a CSB cafe when you can't get a chai... in Indore I still can get much better chai at half of the price. Although the CSB where I went before were better (When it comes to chai).
Chai sutta bar is taking good response from the customers. Because of its arrangements some friends can enjoy in side the cafe and some can enjoy out side the cafe to seat and see natural weather. Tey ginger tea here. You can also take your laptop to work and eat.
Brilliant place to hang , and a great taste (special the cold coffees)
One might not be satisfied with the service but the quality of the item are worth it mate
This chai sutta bar outlet have a good taste specially in paneer sandwich, maggi and fries but there is no good ambience and hygenic is missing in their serving . And I hate the sitting arrangement as seats are not proper and they used to poke us for change the seats in rudely way, management is rude.. parking issue is always there due to lack of space , you must visit when it is not crowded for pretty good result....

It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing beverages and food. Chefs are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
