Chai Sutta Bar food is very tasty tea, hot coffee, cold coffee, black coffee, sandwich, butter milk, masala milk, corn chaat, shakes, Jhansi special Chai, burger, pizza, Maggie, mojito, Pasta, etc. Chai Sutta Bar all over food and drinks is very tasty and delicious. Chai Sutta Bar all food is reasonable prices. Chai Sutta Bar staff behaviour is average. Chai Sutta Bar interior design is nice and seating arrangement is ok. It's my personal experience.

I absolute love this place and location.I'm treated like a family member over here. They are always very friendly and take exceptional care of all the customer especially. The ambience is exquisite and food is pretty awesome. They serve different kinds of tea which aren't available elsewhere in Jhansi . I'm not an avid drinker of tea, still drinks here with smile. Overall pretty amazing place to hangout with friends and family. If you are in Jhansi please do visit over here. You would never be disappointed Its 12 hour chai shop..well to say..its a good place to hang out with friends and have a quick meal or chai.. Desserts are good too A nice place for quick bite and/or hangout. Decent service and staff. Light pricing.
Not even look a like to the original franchise of CSB. Taste was as good as other franchises provide but apart from that doesn't feel like that experience. Tea cups are really small...come on this is CSB...it is known for that! No nearby smoking area as its signature style. Totally disappointing as compared to its sister branch I often visit in sector 34 Chandigarh. Please don't ruin its signature styling!
Went to the other outlets of chai Sutta bar so many times , but this place doesn't look authentic. Maintenance is poor. They provide the tea in broken kullhad same with disposable plates. And yes except tea taste is also not same for the other snacks compared to other outlets.
