The ambiance was outstanding, the restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for special evening out. The dimmed lighting and tasteful decor set the mood for an enjoyable meal. The staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Chai shai is must visit for everyone.

The bar was designed very beautifully but the food was tasteless few dishes are good the service also too slow. we spent upto 4000/- but it was not satisfying

It was overall a good place for hangout wth frndz or family U can find a huge variety of chai and other shakes, drinks , pasta , pizza , cheese shots etc here

Customer satisfaction is there primarily thing. They didn't charge from me 3 medium size mango tea when taste is not according to our acceptance. These are geniune people and it is good cafe at dugri phase 1 market.

Found the food to be pretty average. Ordered a pasta and ice tea and believe me i can make better ice tea even at home. Will not recommend at all. Ambience is also not good so all in all lot's need to be improved by the owners.

Very bland and uncooked dishes being served. The staff is very rude and ill-mannered and is very upset if you try to increase your order. The decor and ambience is the only reason for the 1 star.
