The CHAI was amazing, no wonder. However I feel they can improve on the bun and croissant menu. Otherwise great service and hospitality. Pocket pinch: definitely on the higher side as they are very hygienic and offers great flavours.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Please avoid this place at all costs. Dirty plates and very bad customer service. What is the use of paying a premium while getting sub standard experience. I can get the same experience in a small shop just with the amount of GST I paid for this bill at Chai Point.

Tea was tasting very bad. When I told it to the staff, they said everyone drinks the same tea without saying anything. Only you are complaining. The staff needs some training on handling customer feedback and better communication skills. The store is very small with poor ventilation and a non-functional AC. Have had much better experience in other Chai point stores. This one is just pathetic.

Ambiance was very good and visited early in the morning at around 8 am. The place was not that crowded and only few customers. Nice music and cup of chai was peaceful. We took ginger lemon honey tea and they took along long time to give. Didn't enjoy the service.

1. Crowded on Saturday 2. Tea, coffee in 2 size small, big. Pricing around Rs 80 to 100. 3. Snacks like sandwiches available. 4. Non veg and veg is there. 5. Just besides metro.

Please don't waste your money. it was way too costly for the food served. It will cost you around 550 for 2 maggi, one ginger tea and an iice tea. The tables were not cleaned right away. There were mosquitos flying on the food we were hogging.

The worst experience. It's better to not introduce something that Chai point cannot serve the customers. I would suggest not to try the newly launched 'coffee boba', it was literally the worst thing I've ever tried. Definitely not an 'Enchante' experience!

Amazing place for variety of Coffee/Tea based drinks! We loved their Saffron Golden Chai Latte and Saffron Golden Enchante. These were out of this world! Would love to visit again and again.
