Expensive place for chai and snacks. Was charged around 160 bucks for 2 ginger chai with no place for dine in. They mostly do online and parcel orders. The chai was good but the quantity was less for the cost that was served
I had ordered this through magic pin when I was strongly craving for tea,so there was a promotion going on in which I got samosa and Ginger Chai just for Rs138 (original cost would've been Rs200+) I've had their tea and had tried breakfast menu at different outlets earlier also in Delhi and and they still had their great taste present in consistency, which is why I would recommend this place to anyone who loves to have tea, it's worth it! Overall the samosa was quite ordinary but their tea is flavoured very accurately that would definitely fulfill your craving!

The manager(Rahul at chai point Defence Colony Branch is so rude. Zero etiquette's he misbehaved with me & other customers at the store. He treats customers soooo poorly- rude manner of talking, throwing orders on tables, making bad faces! I was regular customer of chai point with my whole office team but this person completely ruined the experience of good chai with chai point! That too not once several times.
We placed the order the Lady there didn't even bother to come was in the call fighting with someone. The other staff working didn't bother to pass me the drink that she made. Waited for 15 mins to collect an order, they couldn't even bother to pass it.
