i had ordered alloo paratha but they had served me uncooked and very thick paratha worst taste ever and they dont even serve amul butter ...wourst experience

Located on the ground floor of the HUDA Metro station complex, it is part of a small food court, having maybe a dozen or so outlets. As is to be expected, everything is disproportionately expensive to the quantity serves, though the quality may be above average, at least as far as the tea went. I didn't really order any snacks, so I'm not qualified to comment on that. There isn't much crowd at the food court, so seating isn't an issue.

I am a Chai lover, so I love trying all the Chai brands that I come across. My Chai point experience so far is good. But this outlet of Chai point in particular, is sluggish. They don't mostly give you good Chai (which is the main character here) ,very less snacks available and they aren't fresh either. The staff also doesn't care much if a customer is standing at the counter and waiting for someone to take the order. Or maybe they have shortage of staff, but I have been to this outlet many times and have faced this every single time. The cleanliness level you can see in the picture. I love Chai point's chai, but I believe this is really not the kind of standard they would want to maintain.

The service here was amazing. And the taste too. I ordered a ginger tea and a maska bun, the taste of both was great. Have been a customer of chaipoint from a long time. Glad to have found this outlet after a long journey. Soni from the staff was a great help, very polite and an overall amazing experience. Keep up the good work

Masala tea had a sharp sting akin to drinking battery acid. Milk in tea was barely creamy. It tasted like powdered milk. Payment systems besides cash don't work. Back of the kitchen looks unhygienic. So much for expensive chai.

This chai point is amazing and it is special because of good services by the employees Mr. Rajesh and Mrs. Soni. They are very expert to give good services with nice behaviour also you will feel comfortable and enjoy with Tea and snacks. Thanks these persons and thanks to chai point.

1 star for the taste of chai, ordered two classic ginger chais with milk for 168Rs but they were merely hot sugar water instead of a proper chai. A roadside chaiwala makes a better one instead and also at a much cheaper price. Service was good, chai was served on time and staff behaved well.
