Had classic poha and keshar elaichi tea. It was nice and at a correct location for a quick tea or snack. Friendly and happy staff.
The only decent place around the area But unfortunately server was down Asked to order via app but I denied Chai point please have an alternative way of taking orders of the server is down If it's your strategy to get some traffic on your app, then I don't think it would run for longer time Hope to see some improvements when I visit next time
I wanted to try bubble tea (boba).. So I went to chai point to try that. It was amazing. The taste is too good. It's a must. It's a bit pricey and comes in a genz cup so I think it's okay.
Good place to chill and special smosas they have launched. Good offer is 5 samosa 1 cup chai any flavor is under 149/-. I got with Hygiene and taste. Try it
Small cosy place to hangout, the chai and snacks are great in taste also the cold coffee has my heart.
Place is really nice to have a cup of tea. People come here and spend there time peacefully. I have seen people working on their laptops. Best is to grab a cup of tea with some snacks and take your own time. Gave a minimal feelings of CCD and Starbucks.
The ambience of the place is nice but the quality of the food has changed a lot. I had lemon tea and bun maska. The bun was flaky but it was fine. The lemon tea which used to be USP of chai point had very little lemon in it. It tasted more like black tea .
Very sorry to say this chai point is extremely disappointing. They have single point of failure when it comes to payment. In times of UPI they don't have scanners & when asked they asked to download chai point app & order from it. They were ready to let go of a paid customer just because I was not willing to install the app.
