They do have some good choices for tea_chai!! It's nice to try one time and experience their ambience. 3* for the spot.

Tried the new saffron golden saffron enchante today, and it was simply amazing.A must try and ask them to add whipped cream, its the cherry on the top. Also ordered our usual favourite masala chai cake. Tasted as yummy as always

I had an amazing experience at Chai Point DLF, Meena and Vinita helped me out with the best coffee. I tried iconic cold coffee and filter coffee, they are good to go. Service and ambience is perfect.

Chai point is at 3rd floor of DLF mall. Shop is just opposite of decathlon. Cranberry ice chai is worst so never go for it. Rest menu is good. You can visit here for snacks. Price is bit higher.

Good selection of hot and cold teas (and they have filter coffee, too), though the snacks are a little erratic. We had an anda peppy paratha which was beautifully flaky but very under-seasoned, and a chilli cheese toast, which had too much chilli and too little cheese, plus the bread was soggy, not crisp-toasty. But the tea is so good, I'll gladly go back here and try some other snacks to see if those are any better.

We ordered ginger tea, masala tea, elaichi tea and iconic cold coffee. Iconic cold coffee came without the whip cream so we had to specifically ask them to add it even though it was supposed to come with it. Ginger tea was too gingery but the other 2 teas were fine. My main issue was with the service when they ruined our family time by interrupting us in between and pressured us to rate them on google and weren't leaving our table until we rated or left a review. This ruined our somewhat alright experience in this cafe and brought it down to a disappointment in being bothered so shamelessly. I am always happy when service staff comes to genuinely ask for our satisfaction in their service, but its never pleasant when they hover around the table and pressure us to write and review them right then and there and not being aware that their behavior is causing us to have a bad experience, which in return will downgrade the rating of their place in my mind and eventually in google when I submit this. This is nothing against the staff who did this but against the management who forces their workers to behave in such obtuse manner.

Went there last night. The ordering process is seamless and easy. Since we has kahwa on the menu there was no question of buying anything else. However service was slow considering that they said they were preparing kahwa from tea bags. Water temp was super hot when it came and had to wait for a while before the flavour started to come home. Service time needs to improve atleast for tea bag preparations.

Usually Chai Point's product offering is very good but the newly launched Boba is a disaster - they have no idea what they are serving and the boba drink is rather rather far from the truth.
