**Review for Chai Point** While I had high hopes for Chai Point, my experience left much to be desired. The service was not as swift as expected, and unfortunately, my tea arrived cold. The environment was noisy and felt congested, making it difficult to have a conversation. Additionally, the lack of parking space posed a significant inconvenience. The overall ambiance wasn't appealing and certainly not suitable for a professional meeting. I hope they take these points into consideration for future improvements.

The best taste of tea in Bangalore !! Different flavour options, clean ambience, quick service, courteous staff. Light food options also available. We come from a long distance to taste tea here. Just Awesome !!!

Another weekend. Renewed need of a cuppa. Cup of ginger tea, to be precise. Sureshot cure for Monday Eve blues. This time, I am in Chai Point of Jaynagar. Very cute place. Sitting arrangement gives comfy, cozy look to this place. Their menu is extensive as compared other Chai Point places I have been to. I am used to drink teas in their paper cups, because I always have tea on the go. But this time, I am sitting down for a change and sipping tea leisurely from a very pretty glass cup. I can feel my headache go away. :) I might not come this far just to have tea again, but liked the overall experience. I would have liked my tea boiling hot, hence the rating.

Love their ginger lemon and masala chais here. You also get dum and lemon chais. They have a lot more on their menu like banana cake, biscuits... I tried their chocolate shake too. It was great. They maintain the joint pretty clean and have a courteous staff especially Rahman. Gentleman!!
