The ambience was good and the staffs are very polite. The place is aesthetically beautiful. Food especially the signature chai has a good unique taste. Overall, a good place to spend some quality time.

GOOD AND NEWLY OPENED CAFE in Jorhat . Ambience was good .Neat and clean , price is on a higher side but the sandwich that we ordered was yummy , it was enough for the four of us . chai was ok . Good place for youngsters to come and have a good time with their friends .

First of all in my personal opinion if i am paying 60-100 rupee for a cup of tea i should receive the tea in a cup . If i wanna have tea in a paper cup then why i pay 60-100 rupee i can drink tea in Shankar tea stall right in front of you and and the quality is also good . Apart from that the service is horrible we wait 45-50 min to get our order who take 45 min for a tea and we orderd Mexican nachos that is the only good thing i have had there. Overall 2/5

Beautiful and a fantastic place for chai lovers,a small get together.... And moment creations. .. interrior is totally different... The food just have a different taste from others ... The tea which is served is specially unique which is speciality of it before its name chai nagri .. It is cost effective and a great place combining with house of candies

Disrespectful staff and very rude behaviour by them. I visited on 01/10/2023 with my pregnant wife who while reaching felt a bit thirsty so she requested for a glass of water after ordering something to eat and two coffee. But none of the staff paid any heed to her. We requested multiple staff members but nobody said a word nor did anybody bring the much needed glass of water. Later on while raising my complaint one of the staff finally opened his mouth and said that they don't provide lose water. Ok !! I agree , but couldn't you say this in the first place so that we could have purchased a water bottle. If you don't provide something then you must convey this to the customer and not keep him waiting when she has asked for it. What a disgustful service you delivered by keeping a pregnant lady waiting thirsty for so long. How much does a glass of water cost man ? Our order cost was more than 500/- and you showed your real face for asking for just a glass of water. In our culture we offer all our guests a glass of water even without them asking for it. Get out of this "every penny counts" mindset and serve your customers with all the heart you can offer. You are into feeding business, so treat them well. Keep making dirty money by keeping your customers thirsty.

I felt the chai @60 per cup is overpriced, considering we get actual "Matka" chai at nearby Mithai junction , Kadak chaa and others@20-30 rs. Overall good ambience but lack of sweet items(like cakes, pastries, biscuits etc) a turnoff .

Purchased Mexican aloo burger. 120 RS Was not even worth of RS 40....may be the cook ...was not good......no wash room .....also ....very bad

Loved it the first time and we keep coming back. Food is yummy and servers are very polite. Nice staff and good service. Must try - shakes and shots
