This is the worst experience I've come across to this cafe. Firstly the person stands at the counter is extremely ridiculous, ill- mannered and does not know how to speak to the customers. Secondly the one who was making the food was using abusive language while making the food. I had ordered for tea and bread toast accompanying my mom I was waiting for our meal, it took so long to them to make the tea, i was okay with that and understand that it take some time to prepare the food, however, i then went to them and asked for the tea! The person at the counter extremely rude while replying and told me to wait in a complete impolite way, then the one who was preparing the tea did filled the glass full and laughing and abusing as if they are cracking a joke on a client. I asked them why the glass is so full as its a tea not a juice so they both told me that this is the way the quantity is that too unmannerly. I mean I've visited this cafe so many times but this was the last time as the way they handle and serve the customers is extremely extremely worst and rediculous. I think the owner of the cafe should be aware of what is happening. If they will give this kind of service then this will be closed too soon or the people will start fighting there only and which will completely destroy the image of the cafe. Also, the bread toast was not a bread toast it was bread slices with butter. Poor people, unfortunately, do not know the difference in bread toast or bread & butter. Worst service, worst staff.

As always this is my favourite place for chai. I have visited the place countless times. This place has always given me a homely feeling. I don't even have to think once about the taste and quality as chai jor garam never disappointed me. So if you're looking for a silent or peaceful place where you can enjoy good tea with good music, this place offers a good option.

Don't Go here food prices are overpriced. Taste is not up to the mark. Chapri Girls are there doing their chapri act. Playing loud foreign music and making nuisance. Irony is that the guy in the Cafe is also very rude he don't want anymore order so that you leave but if you bother him he will ask to wait 20-30 minutes. He definitely do not want to entertain males and family's. So this is my experience there. Hope you got what you are looking for.

Chai Jo garam is a good place to hang out with your wife or some friends for snacks and chai party. Chai quality is good and ambience is fine need to work on space and staff as staff is frequently getting changed and space is a bit conjusted also need to improve snacks variety options. But better then other nearby chai snacks cafe.

Worse tea is served here in Delhi/NCR region. Charged extra still worst Worse service and rude behaviour of staff. Says that biscuits are complementary but we don't provide. Find other alternatives.
