Lovely lace near the beach, with varieties of tea! Their food also tastes good. Loved the pasta and the falooda is amazing. They do have seasonal special dishes as well. Kasmiri Khawa Tea and Dal pakoras are a hit!
Very good hangout place for snacks and even a light dinner. Ambience is very good. Service was excellent. Single coffee is actually 2-3 cups. Strawberry milkshake was very tasty. Location is good, though we have to climb slightly narrow stairs. Parking is next to impossible.
Always my best go to. Especially when its chai and its types , snacks and a quick get away. But i end up staying hearing old music and street gazing.with my lapttop and work on. Personal favourite since so many years . I see recently family crowd moving in.
Went there on a rainy day. Loved the ambiance inside. The Sulaimani chai is one the best I have ever had in Chennai. Other items tasted good but I wouldn't say they were great. Overall a nice place to hang out near the beach.
I luv the ambiance and the food taste. Especially the Masala Chai, which attracted me more when I tried for the first time. But the 2nd time I felt like the quantity was less. Paying Rs. 120 for just two small cups is a bit pricey. Apart from this the taste and atmosphere was very good.
One of the most sought places in Chennai which lured me lately owing to their consistency. Panini - Italian bread sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce, and nachos by the side; Crunchy & wholesome to begin with; Nachos and mayo were typical though Paneer Bhurji - Chopped paneer tossed in Indian masala, cooked in desi style with packed spices, ain't spicy yet enjoyable Masala/Rajasthan/Adrak chai with pakora - All chai was served with a pack of Parle-G; Masala was soothing enough for the throat while Rajasthani was kicky and on the sweeter end with saffron. Adrak (Ginger) chai was strong and went very well with the hot and crispy pakora. Perfectly bite-sized pakora with chilies and mint dip, TOO GOOD Salted caramel hot chocolate - Exquisite taste with both sweet and salt hitting along every sip; thick hot chocolate with mild saltness to go very well with, WOW!!! Service was decent enough with good and unique seating space all across. The ambiance was quirky while the restroom was ridiculous in space (Yet no scarcity for innovation even in the washroom area). Off-street parking shouldn't be a problem while the price too was moderate.
Definition of disappointment. Below average food. Unreasonable unworthy exorbitant price. Only playing Bollywood music with minimalist themed ambience can't compensate for average and poor food and unjustified price. Pathetic. Pic of poor taste pizza. Claimed medium size. Looks small.
Had a stopover nearby and decided to have a quick bite at Chai Galli. They didn't disappoint. Had their special Galli Sandwich and coffee. It was good
It is a nice shop for having tea or coffee or other vareity of tea and similar drinks. It is near to the main road as well as metro. They maintain proper hygine while serving the tea or coffee. The servings are made right before you and tastes good.
Chai Kings is wonderful snacks point at Mount road, having huge range of different Teas and Coffee. You can also have light snacks here with cookies. Tasty and Delicious.
This stall might not as noticeable as it seem, but they serve variable good quality tea and desserts. Not sure the quality control of this franchise tea house, but this is just delightful to have
