Bit disappointed as we could not get good breakfast restaurant or cafe in Gandhinagar (near to GIFT City) on Sunday morning. It was 9.15 am but still many of usual cafes or snacks outlet were closed. Few options on roadside but not hygiene. We landed at this outlet after reading rating but frankly overrated and zero score on professional resturant. Sunday morning Chai G was 25% occupied with mostly bachelors serving listed items on menu. When we asked what is available guy said check menu. Apart from tea other items were stored in fridge and micro wave before serving. Thepla, Bhakri, Upma,Handvo weren't fresh and reheated before serving. Below average on cleanliness and we could spot dog sleeping near one of chairs. Only positive is Chai which is good.
Nice Cafe to hangout with friends and have light snacks. Bit noisy place, but seems to be okay as everyone's there to chill and have chitchat with friends. Food is okay to average. But I would not consider and review this place based on the food only. Staff is cooperative and helpful. The main problem we have face the parking there is no parking. You have to park tha car by your own risk. Apart from this, they need to do something new, It's pretty old now. But have to say that the tea is excellent. The ambiance of the place is just amazing. The interior is designed very well. And the staff is very friendly along with this there service is also good. Food here is also amazing with the reasonable price and good quality. Hygiene is properly maintained and comfortable for any age group of people. They have range of food which make menu and place accessible to all kind of people. They offer variety of tea's and coffee.

Perfect place for tea lovers. Varieties of tea options available in menu. Too much crowded in evening time if you are lucky you will find a seat. Sandwiches are also delicious . You can try bombay cheese club sandwich and their speciality ChaiG special club sandwich with kulhad chai as adrak , elaichi or kesar elaichi. Order prepration will take time than others tea outlets but will be worth.
Dine in ~ I asked for sugarless masala tea and got it right, handwo was good too. Ambience is beautiful, good for reading, working and hanging out with friends. Prices are moderate. Online order : Big no, I ordered one sandwich and one pizza but can't decide which one is which. And crust is burnt.
I have only tried their tea and honestly, I loved it. I rated this 4 star because tea price can be reduced as not everyone can pay 25 rs for tea on daily basis.

This is a really great place. I highly recommend this. It's a smaller area size wise, but enough spacing is there so it's not even congested. The jail system is really cool and it makes a small cabin and hence there's privacy. The food is good too. W
