Machilipatnam Koneru center very busy limited parking, morning to evening police rounds. All the business is concentrated at this place. Mostly every thing fruits fish jewellery kiranam shopping hospitals etc.. And what not... But if raining it is very dirty and stagnated water on roads. Near by municipality and municipal park head post office bustand and MBR Shopping mall. And mainly distrubence with cows and ox on the roads why the municipality is taking care. Every time I am comming here it's raining.

Main centre in machilipatnam .its a big jumction and all buses from vijayawada stop here .Having situated at 1.5 km before the busstop the junction serves as a platform for going to dokiparru venkateswara temple and that bus can be caught only from here

100% business area and high traffic zone. Sugandha soda is something that one can try here. I liked it very much. Sugandha syrup (made from a plant root) is available. You may buy it and mix with plain soda, add some lemon juice and relish at home. Badam milk: there are stories making rounds that some addictive stuff is added which makes you go there repeatedly. Can't confirm that but, I don't want to "buy" risk. Thatha Rao sweets is famous shop very near Koneru centre. "Nalla (black) halwa, Bandar laddu and Pootha rekulu are famous delicacies. You can try here. Rest of the items usual stuff.
When you visit machilipatnam, that too you are in koneru center, Apsara badam milk is mandatory to keep yourself hydrated and your tongue to have a special yummiest taste around the city.
Our native changed a lot. Very good development done by new leaders. Salute to the people who intended to do betterment. Beach also changes a lot. We can expect some theme parks shortly nearby. We hope this town became heart of business hub subsequent to vizag. I love machilipatnam town.
